Q. How are teams determined?

A. In the midget division, teams are divided up by school and by age to make sure that every team has an equal number of each age group. Peewee and above is determined by a blind draft. Each team will be redrafted every season and each team will draft pitchers and catchers first and then those who did neither will be in the general pool. This allows every team to have a similar number of pitchers and catchers.

Q. How do I sign up to coach?

A. If you are interested in coaching the first thing you need to do is sign up for a league membership. You can sign up online and submit to a background check. The membership is $2 and you will be given a membership number. Coaches that coached last season will return to their previous team. Coaches moving up will need to qualify for a team. New team openings will be filled first by the coaches with the lowest membership number.

Q. What do I get for my registration fee?

A. Every player will receive a hat, jersey, pants and socks. The rest of your registration money is then put towards umpires, balls, trophies, liability insurances, equipment, field and building maintenance.
