Dear Community Supporter,
Madison Heights Little League Baseball is about to get another successful season underway! We count
on some of our local business owners to help offset the operating cost of running our league. As one of
our past supporters we would like to thank you for your commitment to the kids of Madison Heights.
Also as one of our past supporters, we just wanted to give you a chance to sponsor a team again. But the
problem is “time is running out”. We need to get the team sponsors printed on the shirts and we need to
do that within the next couple of weeks. Once we get all the kids set up on their teams and the
schedules printed we will send you a copy so you can come out to the games.
Opening Day is scheduled for Saturday May 15, 2010 at 10 a.m. We encourage you come out and see what
your generous donation does for the kids of Madison Heights.
So if you are interested in sponsoring a team again, please get this form filled out and returned as soon as
possible because we have limited teams available and sponsors are on a first come first serve basis.

come by and pick up your form and your check!
